Kathy Presents – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date.

  • The balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the event.

  • No event is confirmed until payment is received in full.

2. Age Restriction

  • All events are strictly 18+.

  • Proof of age may be requested.

  • No exceptions - any guests found to be under the age of 18 years will be asked to leave.

3. Event Conduct

  • All guests must comply with the Adults-Only Code of Conduct.

  • Kathy Presents reserves the right to remove individuals or terminate the event if behaviour is unsafe, abusive, or inappropriate.

  • No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.

4. Alcohol & Substances

  • Alcohol may be consumed responsibly.

  • Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

  • Kathy Presents accepts no liability for incidents caused by intoxication.

5. Photography & Usage

  • Photography remains professional at all times.

  • Images may be used for marketing purposes unless the client opts out in writing prior to the event.

  • Raw images are not supplied.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested in writing.

  • Cancellations within 14 days of the event require full payment.

7. Liability

  • Kathy Presents is not responsible for venue issues, guest behaviour, or third-party suppliers.

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring the venue is suitable and safe.

8. Force Majeure

  • Events may be postponed or cancelled due to circumstances beyond reasonable control. In such cases, bookings will be rescheduled where possible.
